[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시가 ‘민관공협의체’ 회의를 개최했다.
지난 4일 평택지제역세권의 사업추진에 따라 주민들의 다양한 의견을 청취하고 해결 방안을 논의하기 위해 주민대표들(비대위)과 평택시, 국토교통부, 한국토지주택공사로 구성되었으며, 이번에 제4차 회의를 진행했다.
주민들은 그간 토지수용을 반대하는 비대위와 현실적 보상을 요구하는 비대위 등 9개로 나뉘어 결성되어 각각의 목적에 따라 시위 등을 이어왔으며, ‘민관공협의체’ 회의 또한 비대위 간 이견으로 두 개 그룹으로 분리하여 운영해 왔다.
이날 회의는 정장선 평택시장이 참여하여 사업추진에 따른 여러 애로를 청취하고 현실적 생계 대책이 마련되도록 市가 적극적으로 주민 의견을 대변하고 지원해 나갈 것임을 밝히고 비대위들과 소통을 이어갔으며,
‘민관공협의체’ 회의 시 관심을 갖고 지속적으로 참여토록 노력하겠다고 약속함으로써 두 개 그룹으로 나뉘어 운영해 온 비대위들을 하나로 모으고 주민 간 합치의 계기를 마련했다.
