[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시의회는 하수관로정비 BTL 사업 관련 제6차 회의를 개최했다.
5일 하수관로정비 조사특위는 당초 부위원장인 김진영 의원이 위원직을 사임함에 따라 부위원장에 이건섭 위원을 새로 선임했다. 또한, 특위 활동의 전문성을 높이고 효율적이고 객관적인 결과 도출을 위해 하수도 관련 전문가를 추가로 선임했다.

이상훈 조사특별위원장은 “특위 활동에 있어서 시민 의견을 담아내기 위해 현안과 관련있는 시민을 모집하고자 한다”라며 “추가 선임한 전문가에게 자문을 의뢰하여 보다 객관적인 조사를 실시하도록 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.
한편, 하수관로정비 조사특위는 이번 회의를 통해 보다 전문적이고 객관적인 조사를 실시할 수 있는 기반을 마련했으며 시민의 의견을 적극 수렴하여 시민과 함께하는 특위 활동을 추진할 계획이다.
