[브레이크뉴스경기남부=오산 이현준기자] 오산시는 제4회 청년의 날 기념‘응답하라 1939’행사를 개최한다.
청년의 날은 청년의 권리보장 및 청년 발전의 중요성을 알리고 청년 문제에 대한 관심을 높이기 위해 2020년부터 법정기념일로 지정됐다.
오는 21일 오산오색문화체육센터에서 열린 행사는 관내 청년들로 구성된 오산시 청년협의체의 주도로 다양한 프로그램과 이벤트를 기획했으며 지역 청년들과 주민들이 함께 즐기고 소통하며 어울리는 자리를 마련한다.
시는 청년 나이를 19~39세로 규정하고 있어 ‘응답하라 1939’로 행사 타이틀을 정했으며 레트로 컨셉에 맞는 청년 패션왕 선정 이벤트를 시작으로 청년 활동에 적극적이고 청년정책 발전에 기여한 사람에게 유공 표창을 수여하며 기념식을 진행한다.
기념식 종료 후에는 오산청년 깐부되기 가을운동회와 오산 익힘 OX 퀴즈 이벤트가 이어지는 등 다양한 즐길거리가 준비됐다.
가을운동회는 관내 청년만 참여 가능한 콘텐츠로 ▲무궁화꽃이 피었습니다 ▲2인3각 달리기 등 단체 종목으로 구성했다.

시 관계자는 "청년들이 주인공인 청년의 날 기념식을 만들기 위해 청년단체가 직접 행사 기획부터 운영까지 참여하고 있다”며 "청년 간의 교류는 물론 청년과 시민들의 소통의 장을 만들고 이 시대 주역인 청년의 목소리를 들을 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
