평택시, 하반기 일자리박람회 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시는 ‘2024년 하반기 평택시 일자리박람회’를 개최했다.

지난 12일 안중체육관에서 30개의 기업체와 700여 명의 구직자들이 참여한 가운데 열린 일자리박람회에서는 각 기업의 인사담당자가 생산, 설계, 영업, 연구, 판매 등의 직종에서 1:1 현장 면접을 진행했으며, 총 246명이 면접에 참여해 105명이 채용될 예정이다.

참여기업과 구직자들을 지원하기 위해 평택고용복지+센터, 경기도일자리재단, 산업인력공단 경기남부지사, 경기남부제대군인지원센터 등 7개의 관계기관이 참여해 기관별 일자리 지원사업을 홍보했으며, 이력서 사진 촬영, 수정메이크업, 퍼스널컬러, 취업타로 등 다양한 부대행사관이 별도 마련돼 구직자들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.

시 관계자는 일자리센터를 통해 이번 일자리박람회에서 현장 채용된 합격자들의 고용유지와 일자리를 찾지 못한 구직자들에 대한 미취업 원인 분석 및 맞춤형 일자리 알선 등 적극적인 사후관리 서비스를 지속적으로 제공하고, 구인 기업과 구직자 모두가 만족할 수 있는 박람회를 만들어가기 위해 최선을 다할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
