이 사업은 중원구 성남동 제일로, 둔촌대로 일대 사업구역에 상시 종업원 4명 이하의 소규모 음식업, 서비스업, 도소매업, 제조업 등의 점포를 창업하는 청년 30개 팀(1팀당 1~2명)에 전문가 매칭 컨설팅과 사업화 자금 3000만원 등을 지원한다.
청년의 경제적 성장을 돕고, 빈 점포가 많은 지역에 젊은 층을 유입해 활기를 불어넣으려는 취지다.
