브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= DL이앤씨는 통합 스마트 안전관제 플랫폼 개발을 마치고 현장에 도입할 예정이라고 27일 밝혔다.
이 플랫폼은 기존의 안전관리, 작업지시, 출입통제 시스템과 다양한 스마트 안전 디바이스, CCTV 등을 통합해 근로자들의 출입현황 및 실시간 위치, 작업 현황을 한눈에 파악하고 현장의 다양한 위험요소를 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있다.
통합 스마트 안전관제 플랫폼이 도입된 현장에는 사전에 등록된 근로자들만 안면인식을 거쳐 출입할 수 있다. 개인별로 부여된 QR코드를 통해 TBM(작업 전 안전점검회의) 참석 여부를 체크해야 한다.
또한, 모든 근로자들에게는 안전삐삐를 지급해 현장 내 위치를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있으며 사전 승인 없이 위험지역을 출입하거나 중장비 접근 시 알람이 전달된다. 현장 관리자는 관제상황판을 통해 근로자들의 출입 현황과 작업 위치 및 작업 내용을 확인하고 위험 상황 발생시 빠른 안전 조치가 가능하다.
DL이앤씨는 이를 통해 통해 근로자들의 현장 출입과 작업 구역을 효과적으로 통제하고 중대재해 발생 우려가 높은 미승인 작업을 원천 차단한다는 계획이다.
DL이앤씨는 지난해부터 현장 관리자의 승인 없이 임의로 진행되는 작업을 막기 위해 출입통제 강화, 안전 교육 인증제, CCTV 확대 설치 및 순찰제도 등 다양한 개선책을 도입해왔다. 신규 개발된 플랫폼은 그 동한 전개해온 다양한 안전활동과 각종 스마트 장비를 연계하고 통합해 더욱 효율적이고 효과적인 현장 안전관리에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
DL이앤씨는 신규 플랫폼 도입을 위해 현장 모든 구역에 와이파이(Wi-Fi) 및 사물인터넷 통신망(LoRA) 기반 통신 인프라를 구축하고 있다. 시범 운영을 거쳐 올해 주택 현장에 우선 도입하고 내년 중 전국 모든 현장에 적용할 계획이다.
