윤석열 대통령이 8일(현지시간) 타르만 샨무가라트남 싱가포르 대통령 공식 환영식 참석을 시작으로 국빈 방문 공식 일정에 들어갔다.
윤 대통령과 부인 김건희 여사는 이날 오전 10시 7분께 싱가포르 의회에 도착한 가운데 타르만 대통령이 의회 건물 밖에서 윤 대통령 내외를 맞이한 후 함께 입장했다.
윤 대통령은 짙은 남색 정장·빨간색 넥타를, 김 여사는 검은색 정장 상의·빨간색 치마·스카프를 착용했다. 싱가포르 국기 색깔인 붉은색을 고려한 것으로 보인다.

윤 대통령과 타르만 대통령은 단상에 나란히 서서 군악대 양국 국가 연주를 들은 후 함께 의장대를 사열했다.
