이번 특강에서 이다랑 대표는 바쁘게 살아가야 하는 현시대의 워킹맘·워킹대디에게 부모교육의 일환으로서 일·가정 양립을 위한 방법을 소개하고 아이와 자기 자신에 대한 불안과 두려움에 큰 걱정을 하고있는 부모들에게 다정하고 섬세한 육아 가이드를 제시할 예정이다.
특강 강연자인 이다랑 대표는 아동학, 아동심리학 박사과정 등을 마치고 아동발달센터 및 청소년 상담센터에서 전문 상담사로 근무하였고, 현재는 ㈜그로잉맘 대표를 맡고 있다.
한편, 손병복 울진군수는 특강에 앞서“바쁜 일상 속에서 일과 가정의 조화를 이루는 것이 그 어느때보다 중요한 시대라고 생각한다”라며, “오늘 특강을 통하여 워킹맘·워킹대디 여러분들께서 일과 가정의 균형을 찾고, 더 나아가 자신의 삶을 더욱 행복하게 가꿀 수 있는 유익한 시간이 되시길 바란다”라고 말했다.
