[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 2025년 1월 1일 기준 부동산공시가격 산정을 위한 개별부동산 특성조사를 오는 28일부터 2025년 1월 17일까지 실시한다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 조사는 「부동산 가격공시에 관한 법률」 및 개별부동산가격 조사?산정 지침에 따라 거창군 관내 토지 262,895필지와 단독?다가구 주택 등 17,458호를 대상으로 진행된다.
정확한 부동산공시가격 산정을 위해 가격조사반이 편성되며, 조사원들은 토지(임야)대장과 건축물대장 등 각종 공부의 변동사항을 사전 확인한 후, 현장 방문해 이용상황, 용도지역, 건물구조, 증?개축 여부 등을 확인할 예정이다.
