진주시, 밀폐공간 질식재해 예방 교육 실시

[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 23일 시청 3층 문화강좌실에서 밀폐공간 관리부서 담당자와 공무직, 용역업체 관계자 등 70명을 대상으로 밀폐공간 질식재해 예방 교육을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 경남도 안전관리자를 강사로 초빙해 진행됐으며, 밀폐공간에서 발생할 수 있는 질식재해의 위험성을 이해하고 예방하기 위한 목적으로 마련됐다.

이번 교육내용에는 긴급상황 발생 시 대처 방법 등을 포함해 실제 사례를 통해 밀폐공간 작업의 위험성을 인식하고, 사고 발생 시 적절한 대응 방법을 배워보는 시간을 가졌다.

진주시 관계자는 “이번 교육을 통해 밀폐공간 작업에서 안전 인식을 높이고, 재해 예방을 위한 실질적인 대응 능력을 함양할 수 있기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
