대통령실이 18일(현지시간) 미국 정부가 우크라이나에 러시아 본토를 타격 가능한 장거리 미사일 '에이태큼스(ATACMS)' 사용을 허용한 것에 "정부는 사전에 미국 결정을 공유받았다"고 밝혔다.
