진주시, 농촌 돌봄서비스 활성화 지원사업 성과공유회 개최

[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 진양호힐링센터에서‘2024년 농촌 돌봄서비스 활성화 지원사업 성과공유회’를 개최해 수혜자 가족들과 함께하는 화합과 소통의 시간을 가졌다고 19일 밝혔다.

농촌 돌봄서비스는 장애인·고령자 등 도움이 필요한 지역주민에게 돌봄·교육·일자리 등 서비스를 제공하는 활동으로, 지난 2021년부터 사업공모에 선정된 진양호힐링센터에서 운영하고 있다.

이번 성과공유회는 진주시와 진주시장애인종합복지관, 진주복지센터, 다함께돌봄센터 관계자를 비롯해 타 시·군 돌봄농장 대표 등 30여 명이 참석해 대상자별 맞춤형 프로그램 운영 성과를 공유했다.

진주시 관계자는 “농가의 고령화가 심화되고 있는 농업의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 돌봄과 고용 창출을 할 수 있는 진양호힐링센터와 같은 농촌 돌봄서비스 농장 육성에 더욱 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.
