세종시교육청이 11월 25일부터 12월 20일까지 1층 통합민원실을 방문하는 시민들을 대상으로 ‘통합민원실 만족도 설문조사’를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
이번 설문조사는 방문 민원인의 만족도를 분석하고 다양한 의견을 수렴하여 민원 처리 제도를 적극적으로 개선하기 위해 마련되었다.
설문조사는 조사 기간 동안 통합민원실을 이용하는 모든 민원인을 대상으로 진행되며, 민원인은 통합민원실에 비치된 안내문에 있는 정보무늬(QR코드)를 스캔하여 설문조사에 참여할 수 있다.
설문지에는 방문 민원 종류, 만족도, 불만족 사유, 통합민원실 이용에 대한 개선점 또는 건의 사항 등의 내용이 포함되어 있다.
세종시교육청은 이번 만족도 조사 결과에서 수렴된 의견을 바탕으로 민원인 중심의 민원 행정 제도 개선과 민원 서비스 편의성 증진을 추진할 계획이다.
