한설 예비역 장군(육군 소장)은 지난 11월24일 페이스북 계정에 “한국 지식인들의 반역사성과 식민성, 결국은 민초의 손에 한국의 운명이 달렸다” 제목의 글을 올렸다.
이 글에서 “범죄 혐의자인 이재명을 위해 단체행동을 하다니 참으로 우습다”고 분석하면서 “사실상 트럼프의 미국은 한국의 동맹국이 아니라 한국이 그동안 피 땀 흘려 쌓아 놓은 산업을 모두 뺏어 가겠다고 선언한 것이나 마찬가지”라고 주장했다.
