세종시가 ‘2024년 규제개선·적극행정 우수사례 경진대회’에서 산업입지과의 ‘불합리한 제도개선으로 국가산단 편입주민 재산권 보호에 앞장서다’가 최우수상으로 선정되었다고 2일 밝혔다.
이번 경진대회는 한 해 동안 불합리한 규제개선과 적극행정을 실천한 우수사례를 발굴하기 위해 개최되었으며, 총 3건의 우수사례가 최종 선정되었다.
이들 사례는 상·하반기 적극행정 우수사례로 선정된 8개 과제 중에서 시민과 직원의 투표, 위원회의 현장 발표 및 심사를 통해 결정되었다.
최우수 사례로 선정된 산업입지과의 제도개선은 국가산단 편입주민의 정당한 재산권 보호를 위한 것으로, 관계 부처 및 부서와의 협업을 통해 공익직불금 지급 관련 제도개선과 조례 개정을 통한 재산세 감면 등의 성과를 이끌어냈다.
우수 사례로는 이응패스의 성공적인 안착(교통국 대중교통과)과 빈집 정비 및 세종미래마을 조성(도시주택국 주택과)이 각각 선정되었다.
세종시는 규제개선 및 적극행정 우수사례로 선정된 부서에 표창을 수여하고, 해당 사례는 카드 제작 등 다양한 방식으로 홍보할 예정이다.
최민호 시장은 “앞으로도 불합리한 규제개선과 적극행정을 실천한 우수사례를 발굴하고 홍보하여 시민의 눈높이에 부응하는 행정을 구현하겠다”고 밝혔다.
