브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 정성우 방첩사령부 1처장(육군 준장(진))은 10일 12·3 비상계엄 선포 당시 중앙선거관리위원회로 가서 서버를 복사해올 것을 지시했다고 밝혔다.
정성우 1처장은 이날 국회 국방위원회 긴급 현안질의에 출석해, '선관위 서버를 누가 통째로 가져오라 지시했냐'는 허영 더불어민주당 의원 질의에 "여인형 사령관이 저에게 구두 지시했다"고 답했다.
정 처장에 따르면 당시 이같은 지시가 적법한지 법무관 7명이 따져 본 결과, 위법하다는 의견을 냈다고 한다.
그는 "법무관 7명이 계엄법을 포함해 각종 자료를 가지고 현 상황에 대해 분석을 했다"면서 "서버에 대한 카피 문제와 함께 압수수색 영장이 없는데 과연 법원에서 증거 효력이 있느냐에 대해서도 논의했다"고 전했다
아울러 "이들은 포고령 외 발생한 상황에 대해서는 합동수사본부요원으로 수사를 진행하는 것"이라며 "포고령 발표 이후 별도의 합수본이 만들어지지 않는 등 절차 전반에 대한 위법성을 다양하게 논의했다"고 덧붙였다.
이에 허영 의원은 "법무관들이 강력히 반대했다는데 맞느냐"고 묻자, 정 처장은 "그렇다"고 답했다.

Chief Jeong Seong-woo of the Counterintelligence Command 1st Division (Army Brigadier General (Jin)) revealed on the 10th that he had ordered the Central Election Commission to copy the server when martial law was declared on December 3rd.
