세종시, 고향사랑기부제 답례품 관리 강화

세종시가 고향사랑기부제 답례품에 대한 관리를 강화한다.

이를 위해 세종시는 전국의 고향사랑 기부자에게 제공되는 답례품에 대한 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 답례품 공급계약 내용을 개선·강화하고 내년부터 시행한다고 11일 밝혔다.

기존에는 1∼3차에 걸쳐 답례품 업체에 대한 규제를 단계별로 적용하고 3차에서 답례품 공급계약 해지, 1년간 답례품 참여대상 배제 등을 적용해 왔었다.

하지만 앞으로는 답례품 공급업체가 위생·관리 등 부실로 인한 행정처분을 받으면 즉시 공급계약이 해지되고 향후 3년간 답례품 참여 대상에서 배제된다.

또 공급업체의 과실로 인한 배송문제, 답례품 하자 발생 시 1회차는 기존과 동일하게 즉시 답례품을 재발송하고 업체에 대해 시정조치하며 2회차부터 6개월간 답례품 공급을 중단해 업체에 대한 책임을 강화할 예정이다.

3회차는 답례품 공급계약을 해지하는 등 단계별로 규제를 강화해 답례품의 품질을 확보할 계획이다.
