국회 탄핵소추안 의결로 현재 직무 정지 중인 윤석열 대통령 측 변호인단 윤곽이 드러나고 있다.
23일 현재 윤 대통령 측은 형사사건 김홍일 전 방송통신위원장·헌법재판소 탄핵심판 경우 배보윤 변호사(전 헌법재판소 공보관) 등을 주축으로 한 변호인단 구성으로 가닥 잡힌 형국이다.
배 변호사는 지난 2016년 12월~2017년 3월 박근혜 전 대통령 탄핵심판 당시 헌재 공보관이었던 가운데 이번 윤 대통령 탄핵심판 법률대리인단에 합류키로 가닥잡은 것으로 전해졌다.
