한국탄소중립실천국민운동본부는 12월 23일 보도자료에서 “한국탄소중립실천운동본부(총회장 오호석)는 23일 한국탄소중립실천국민운동본부 중앙회 회장으로 황한웅 한국직능단체총연합회 사무총장을 임명했다.”고 알렸다. 아울러 홍보대사에는 김동아 (가수)를 임명했다.
황한웅 회장은 노원구의회 의원으로 정치에 입문, 민주당 홍보위원장과 당 대표 비서실장, 노원갑 지역위원장, 대변인을 거쳐 바른미래당 노원갑 지역위원장, 전국직능위원장, 사무총장을 역임하고 민생당 사무총장으로 21대 국회의원(비례)으로 출마했다. 이후 국민의힘 직능단체총괄본부장으로 대선과 총선에 기여했다.
