브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국토교통부는 26일부터 전국 13개 시·도에서 청년과 신혼·신생아 가구를 위한 매입임대주택 입주자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
모집 규모는 청년 1652호, 신혼·신생아 가구 1475호 등 총 3127호로, 신청자 자격 검증 등을 거쳐 이르면 내년 3월 말부터 입주할 수 있다.
청년 매입임대주택은 무주택자인 미혼 청년을 대상으로 공급하며, 시세 40~50% 수준의 저렴한 임대료로 최대 10년 동안 거주할 수 있다.
신혼·신생아 매입임대주택은 무주택 신혼부부를 대상으로 시세 30~40% 수준의 신혼·신생아Ⅰ 유형(989호)과, 시세 70~80% 수준의 신혼·신생아Ⅱ 유형(486호)으로 나눠 공급한다.
신생아 가구는 1순위 입주자로 모집해 우선공급하며, 결혼 7년 이내 신혼부부와 예비 신혼부부, 6세 이하 자녀를 양육하는 가구 등도 신혼·신생아 매입임대주택 입주자 모집에 신청할 수 있다.
한국토지주택공사(LH)에서 모집하는 청년(1243호), 신혼·신생아(1425호) 매입임대주택은 LH청약플러스에서 확인할 수 있다. 서울주택도시공사 등에서 모집하는 매입임대주택(459호)은 해당 기관별 누리집에서 확인할 수 있다.
국토부 김도곤 주거복지지원과장은 “청년, 신혼부부가 안심하고 거주할 수 있는 신축매입임대주택을 차질없이 공급해 청년층의 주거부담이 경감될 수 있도록 앞으로도 최선의 노력을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
