27일 잡코리아에 따르면 남녀 직장인 1639명을 대상으로 ‘2025년 기업 규모별 연봉 인상률’을 조사한 결과, 66.8%가 ‘2025년에 본인의 연봉이 인상될 것’으로 기대하고 있었다.
31.3%의 직장인들은 ‘연봉 동결’을 선택했고, 1.9%는 ‘연봉이 삭감될 것 같다’고 답했다.
내년 연봉 인상률은 평균 3.1%로 집계됐다. 이는 최근 3년간 동일 조사에서 가장 낮은 수준이다. 2022년과 2023년 직장인들의 평균 연봉인상률은 각 5.6%와 4.6%로 집계됐다.
