세종시교육청이 갑질 예방과 근절을 목적으로 한 안내서 ‘갑질 바로 알기’를 제작하여 본청, 직속 기관, 각급 학교에 배포했다고 3일 밝혔다.
이번 안내서는 지난 5월에 진행된 충청권(세종, 대전, 충남, 충북) 교육청 감사관 연수에서 갑질 예방 및 근절 정책에 대한 이해도를 높이고, 갑질 신고자(피해자) 보호 시책을 발굴하기 위해 공동 홍보 활동의 일환으로 제작되었다.
안내서의 표지에는 ‘갑(甲)’이라는 단어가 주는 부정적인 인상을 새로운 인상으로 탈바꿈하기 위한 의지를 담아, ‘소통 갑(甲)! 존중 갑(甲)! 배려 갑(甲)!’이라는 구호가 적용되었다. 이는 갑질을 근절하고 소통, 존중, 배려의 문화를 확산하려는 목표를 반영하고 있다.
