농협중앙회(회장 강호동)는 1월 6일 본관에서 450여 명의 임직원이 참석한 가운데 '2025년 범농협 신년 업무보고회'를 개최했다.
이번 보고회는 “2025년 농업농촌 여건 및 경영전망”을 주제로 시작하여, 중앙회 및 계열사의 중점 추진계획을 공유하고 농업인 실익 증대 및 지속 가능한 농촌 구현을 위한 구체적인 사업 방안을 논의하는 자리였다.
주요 추진 계획으로는 교육지원부문에서 농업소득 증대 및 농축협 경쟁력 강화, 상호금융부문에서 연체관리 강화 및 디지털 인프라 혁신, 경제지주에서 경제사업 경쟁력 강화 및 농산물 유통 효율화, 금융지주에서 금융수익 확대 및 디지털 금융 경쟁력 강화 등이 포함되었다.
강호동 회장은 “2025년은 농업·농촌의 도약을 위한 중요한 전환점”이라며, 범농협 전 임직원이 힘을 모아 농업과 농축협의 발전을 위해 노력해 줄 것을 당부했다.
마지막으로, '2025년 사자성어'로 선정된 “동주공제(同舟共濟)”의 정신을 바탕으로 “희망농협 행복농촌” 구현을 위한 결의를 다짐하는 시간을 가졌다.
Nonghyup Central Office Holds New Year's Business Meeting
The Nonghyup Central Association (Chairman Kang Ho-dong) held a New Year's Business Report for 2025 at its headquarters on 6 January, attended by more than 450 employees.
The meeting began with the theme of ‘Agricultural and Rural Conditions and Business Prospects in 2025,’ and shared the key initiatives of the Nonghyup Central Office and its affiliates, and discussed specific business plans to increase farmers' profits and implement sustainable rural development.
The main initiatives included increasing farmers' income and enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural cooperatives in the education support sector, strengthening delinquency management and innovating digital infrastructure in the mutual finance sector, enhancing economic business competitiveness and streamlining agricultural products distribution in the economic holding company, and expanding financial income and enhancing digital financial competitiveness in the financial holding company.
Chairman Kang Ho-dong said, ‘2025 is an important turning point for agriculture and rural development,’ and called on all employees of Nonghyup to work together for the development of agriculture and agricultural cooperatives.
Lastly, he pledged his determination to realise ‘Hope Nonghyup Happy Farmers’ Village’ based on the spirit of “Dongju Mutual Economy,” which was selected as the ’Lion's Holy Word for 2025.
