진주시, 정기분 등록면허세 7억8000만원 부과

[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 13일 정기분 등록면허세 과세대상 3만6000여 건에 대해 7억8000만원을 부과하고 오는 31일까지 납부할 것을 시민들에게 당부하고 있다.

정기분 등록면허세는 국가 또는 지방자치단체 등으로부터 인가, 허가, 등록 등의 일정한 면허를 받은 자에게 매년 1월 1일 기준으로 부과하는 지방세로, 면허의 종류에 따라 1종부터 5종까지 구분해 읍면지역의 경우 최저 4500원부터 최고 2만7000원까지, 동지역의 경우 최저 7500원부터 최고 4만5000원까지 차등 부과된다.

진주시 관계자는 “세액은 지역 발전을 위해 쓰이는 소중한 재원이다”며“납기일을 경과헤 납부지연가산세를 부담하지 않도록 기한을 준수해 주길 당부한다”고 말했다.
