브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 대통령은 15일 내란 수괴 혐의로 체포된 이후 고위공직자범죄수사처 조사에서 진술거부권을 행사하고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.
공수처 관계자는 이날 기자들과 만난 자리에서 "현재 진술을 거부하고 있는 것으로 안다"면서 "오전 조사는 오전 11시부터 시작해서 오후 1시30분경 끝났고 오후 2시40분터 오후 조사가 진행되고 있다. 오전에는 이재승 차장이, 오후에는 이대환 부장검사가 진행하고 있다"고 설명했다.
이어 조사 과정에 대한 영상녹화 관련해서 "진행하지 않고 있는 것으로 안다. 피의자 측에서 거부하고 있는 것으로 안다"고 했다.
대통령 조사 후 구금 장소가 서울구치소가 맞느냐는 질문엔 "맞다"면서 "체포영장을 청구할 때 관할이나 지역에 따라 구금 장소가 정해진다"고 말했다.
오후 9시 이후 심야조사 여부에 대해서는 "아직 결정된 바 없다"라면 "다만 특별한 사유가 있는 경우 (피의자 동의 없이도) 심야조사가 가능한 것으로 알고 있다"고 말했다.
그러면서 "체포영장 집행 시간이 48시간이다. 그 안에 조사가 이루어질 것으로 생각하고 있다"고 덧붙였다.
향후 구속영장 청구와 관련해서는 "통상 (체포영장을) 청구한 법원에 한다"며 "의무는 아니다. 다만 관례상 그렇게 하는 것으로 안다"고 밝혔다.
구속 후 검찰 이첩 시기에 대해선 "현재는 (10일씩 나눠서 조사하는) 상황으로 알고 있다. 향후 상황에 따라 바뀔 수 있지만, 이전 협의에서는 두 기관이 나누는 것으로 협의했다"고 했다.
