윤석열 대통령 측이 16일 고위공직자범죄수사처(공수처) 재조사에 불응하겠다고 밝혔다.
윤 대통령 측은 전날 윤 대통령이 공수처 첫 조사에서 개괄적으로 비상계엄 정당성·내란죄가 성립않는다는 입장을 밝혔기 때문에 더는 조사가 불필요하다는 입장이다.
전날 공수처는 윤 대통령을 10시간 40분가량 조사 후 경기 의왕시 서울구치소에 구금한 가운데 윤 대통령이 건강상 이유로 오전 조사 연기를 요청했고 공수처가 받아들여 이날 오후 2시께 재조사에 나서기로 했었다.
윤 대통령 측은 체포 자체 적법성 여부를 가려달라며 체포적부심사를 서울중앙지법에 청구한 가운데 '체포영장을 발부한 서울서부지법은 이 사건 전속관할권이 없다'는 이유다.
