브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 경찰이 서울서부지방법원과 헌법재판소에서 발생한 난동 사태와 관련, 가담자 90명을 체포해 이중 66명에 대한 구속영장을 신청했다.
서울경찰청은 20일 "지난 18일부터 19일 이틀간 서부지법 및 헌재 내·외부에서 발생한 집단 불법행위로 총 90명을 현행범 체포해 19개 경찰서에서 수사하고 있다"고 밝혔다.
현행범으로 체포한 90명 중, 서부지법에 침입한 46명과 공수처 차량 저지 등 공무집행을 방해한 10명, 경찰관 폭행 등 공무집행방해 또는 서부지법 월담자 10명 등 총 66명에 대해 순차적으로 구속영장을 신청하고 있다고 설명했다.
서부지법에 침입한 46명 중에는 유튜버도 3명 포함된 것으로 확인됐다.
구속영장을 신청한 66명 중 5명은 서부지검에서 전날 밤 구속영장을 청구해 이날 오전 10시30분경 구속 전 피의자 심문(영장실질심사) 절차가 진행 중에 있다.
현행범 체포 90명 중에는 10대부터 70대까지 다양한 연령이 포함돼있으며 이 중 20대와 30대가 46명으로 51%를 차지했다.
이와 관련 경찰 관계자는 "휴대폰, 채증자료, 유튜브 동영상 등을 철저히 분석해 여타 불법행위자 및 교사·방조 행위자 등을 끝까지 확인해 엄정하게 사법처리할 예정"이라고 말했다.
