양질의 공공 일자리 창출을 위해 지난해 대비 채용 인원과 분야를 대폭 늘려 총 27개 분야, 60명(사무직 분야 34명, 기술직 분야 26명)을 채용하며, 채용 시기도 2개월 앞당겼다.
올해는 △사회형평적 채용 확대 △서류전형 합격자 배수 조정(80배수→50배수) △필기전형 임신부 편의지원 △자기소개서 및 경력·교육사항 필기전형 합격 이후 수취 △최종면접 배수 조정(2배수→3배수) 등 전형 과정이 대대적으로 개선됐다.
또한, 지원자들의 취업 역량 개발을 위한 후속 지원을 강화해 최종 면접 불합격 인원에게 강약점 리포트 제공, 취업캠프 및 한국마사회 체험형 인턴 모집 안내 등을 지원할 예정이다.
2025년 한국마사회 신입사원 채용 접수 기간은 다음 달 3일 오후 6시까지며 원서접수는 한국마사회 채용 홈페이지를 통해 가능하다. 입사지원 시 본인을 확인할 수 있는 생년, 출신지역, 출신학교명 등 개인 인적사항은 기재할 수 없으며, 기재 시 불이익이 발생할 수 있다.
한국마사회는 필기, 1차·2차 최종 면접의 단계를 거쳐 3월 말에 최종 합격자를 선발할 계획이다. 자격요건 및 전형 절차, 제출 서류 등 지원과 관련된 자세한 사항은 한국마사회 홈페이지 또는 한국마사회 채용 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
