홍성군농업기술센터는 2024년 상반기 귀농 농업창업 및 주택 구입 지원사업 신청자를 오는 2월 21일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 지원사업은 농협 자금을 활용하여 귀농인들이 농업 기반 조성에 필요한 초기 자금을 저금리로 대출받을 수 있도록 돕는 이차보전 사업이다.
정부는 기준금리와 실행 금리 차이를 예산으로 지원하며, 대출 금리는 연 2.0%의 고정금리 또는 변동금리 중 선택할 수 있다. 지원 한도는 농업 창업자금 최대 3억 원, 주택 구입 자금 최대 7500만 원까지 가능하며, 상환 기간은 5년의 거치 후 10년 이내로 설정된다.
신청 자격은 당해연도 기준 만 65세 이하(1959년 1월 1일 이후 출생)로, 농촌 외 지역에서 1년 이상 거주 후 농촌 지역으로 전입한 지 5년 이내인 귀농인 및 귀농 희망자, 농촌에서 거주하면서 농업에 종사하지 않은 재촌 비농업인에게 주어진다.
