윤석열 대통령이 28일 변호인단을 통해 "(12·3 비상계엄에) 유혈사태·인명사고가 있었나, 정치인들 단 한명이라도 체포하거나 끌어내거나 그런 시도라도 한 적 있느냐"고 설 명절을 하루 앞두고 수감 중인 현재 심경을 밝혔다.
윤 대통령 변호인단 석동현 변호사는 이날 경기 의왕시 서울구치소에서 접견을 마친 후 "윤 대통령은 내란죄로 구속기소된 소감 관련해 '이번 계엄이 왜 내란이며 어떻게 내란이 될 수 있느냐'고 말했다"며 이같은 윤 대통령 심경을 담은 입장문을 전했다.
