홍성군, 사례관리 공무원 역량 강화 나선다

홍성군이 읍·면 맞춤형복지팀 사례관리 담당 공무원들의 전문성을 높이기 위해 적극적인 현장 지원에 나섰다.

군은 오는 7일까지 11개 읍·면을 직접 방문하여 맞춤형 모니터링을 진행하며, 담당 공무원들의 역량 강화와 업무 효율성 제고에 힘을 쏟고 있다고 밝혔다.

이번 모니터링은 복지사각지대 발굴 현황과 사례관리 대상자 관리 실태를 점검하고, 2024년 사업 추진 성과를 공유하는 한편, 2025년 상반기 업무 개선 방안을 도출하기 위해 마련됐다. 이를 통해 복지 사각지대를 해소하고 사례관리의 질적 향상을 도모하는 것이 주요 목표다.

특히, 전문 통합사례관리사 4명이 참여해 동료 멘토링(피어 코칭)을 제공하면서 사례관리 대상자 발굴 방법, 초기 상담 기법, 종결자 사후 관리 등 복합적인 사례에 대한 심층 토론을 진행했다. 이를 통해 다양한 복지 현안에 대한 실질적인 해결책을 모색하고 현장 실무자들의 전문성을 강화하는 데 집중했다.
