[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 유기견의 인도적 입양 활성화를 위해 입양비 지원사업을 추진한다고 11일 밝혔다.
시 위탁 유기동물보호소 유기견을 반려 목적으로 입양하면 내장형 동물등록을 지원하며 입양 후 추가 발생할 수 있는 치료비, 예방접종비, 중성화수술비, 미용비, 펫보험 가입비, 사회화 교육훈련비 등 비용을 60% 비율로 지원한다.
지원을 받기 위해선 입양견의 동물등록을 완료하고 동물사랑배움터에서 ‘입양예정자교육’을 수료해야 한다.
지원 한도는 1마리당 최대 15만원이다.
진료비 등으로 25만원을 부담했다면 60%인 15만원까지 지원받을 수 있다.
신청은 입양 후 1년 이내 김해시 축산과를 방문하거나 우편, 전자우편, 팩스 등으로 구비서류를 제출하면 된다.
