세종시의회 제96회 임시회가 진행되고 있는가운데 교육안전위원회는 10일 3차 회의를 개최하고 조례안 등 17건을 심사했다.
교안위는 심사 결과, '세종특별자치시교육청 디지털 미디어 문해력 교육 진흥에 관한 조례안'등 10건은 원안가결했다.
또 '세종특별자치시교육청 학교환경교육 진흥 조례 일부개정조례안'등 6건은 수정가결했으며, '세종특별자치시 전통시장 자율소방대 지원 조례안'에 대해서는 심사를 보류했다.
윤지성 위원장은 '세종특별자치시교육청 디지털 미디어 문해력 교육 진흥에 관한 조례안'을 발의해 학생들이 비판적 사고력을 갖춘 민주시민으로 성장하는 데 이바지하고자 했다.
김동빈 위원은 '세종특별자치시교육청 학교환경교육 진흥 조례 일부개정조례안'의 발의를 통해 학교환경교육 진흥에 관한 사항을 구체화하고 현재 상황에 맞게 정비했다.
박란희 위원은 '세종특별자치시교육청 생활임금 조례안'을 발의해 세종시교육청 소속 근로자의 생활 안정을 도모하고 실질적인 삶의 질 향상에 기여하고자 했다.
유인호 위원은 재난 예보 및 경보 발령 시 더욱 상세하고 구체적인 정보를 포함한 전파가 가능하도록 '세종특별자치시 재난 예보ㆍ경보시설 설치 및 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안'을 발의했다.
한편, 교육안전위원회에서 심사한 안건은 14일 열리는 제96회 임시회 2차 본회의 의결을 거쳐 최종 확정될 예정이다.
