충남 서산시가 시민이 체감할 수 있는 성과 창출을 위해 2025년을 목표로 10대 핵심과제를 선정하고 총력을 기울일 계획이다.
시는 ‘도약하는 서산, 살맛나는 서산’을 실현하기 위해 34건의 과제를 발굴하고 이 중 10건을 선정하여 T/F팀을 구성한다고 13일 밝혔다.
T/F팀은 담당 부서장과 외부 전문가들로 구성되며, 서산시는 매월 핵심과제 추진 상황을 점검하고 성과 창출에 집중할 방침이다. 선정된 10대 핵심과제는 다음과 같다:
