브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT&G가 신제품 ‘레종 이오니아 미스틱 퍼플(Raison ionia Mystic Purple)’을 19일 전국 편의점에 출시한다.
‘레종 이오니아 미스틱 퍼플’에는 그리스와 이탈리아 사이에 위치한 이오니아해 바람을 맞고 자란 담뱃잎이 함유돼 있다.
강화된 냄새저감 기술을 통해 흡연 후 입에서 나는 담배 냄새를 줄였으며, 에어리 필터(Airy Filter)를 적용해 가벼운 흡연감을 구현한 점이 특징이다.
레종 이오니아 미스틱 퍼플은 레종의 초성 ‘R’을 패키지에 시각화해 표현했으며, 타르와 니코틴 함량은 각각 0.1㎎, 0.01㎎이다.
KT&G는 지난해 11월 면세 전용으로 레종 이오니아 미스틱 퍼플과 오션 블루(Ocean Blue), 썸머 레드(Summer Red) 총 3종을 출시한 바 있다.
KT&G 송승철 국내브랜드팀장은 “면세 전용 ‘레종 이오니아’ 3종 중 가장 소비자 만족도가 높은 미스틱 퍼플을 전국 편의점에 정식 출시하게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 소비자 니즈와 트렌드를 반영한 제품을 통해 브랜드 만족도를 높여갈 것이다”고 말했다.
