[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 제1회 진주시 투자유치위원회를 개최하고, 2025년 투자유치 기본계획을 심의·확정했다고 20일 밝혔다.
2025년 투자유치 기본계획에 따르면 진주시는 투자유치 목표액을 1000억원으로 설정, 지역 특화 산업인 우주항공, 뿌리·세라믹 소재, 바이오 분야에 집중적으로 투자유치를 추진할 계획이다.
또 경남우주항공국가산업단지 내 유망기업 유치와 KAI 회전익 비행센터의 본격 운영, AAV 실증센터의 안정적인 건립 및 생산기지 구축을 위해 적극적인 노력을 기울일 예정이다.
이번 기본계획에서는 위성특화지구 지정을 통한 우주산업 거점도시로의 도약과 함께, 국내외 투자기업을 대상으로 한 인센티브 확대 및 지원 등도 주요 과제로 확정됐다.
이를 통해 시는 지역 산업의 경쟁력을 높이고, 우주산업 관련 기업들의 투자 유치를 촉진, 지역 내 유망 기업을 유치하기 위한 지속적인 개선 작업을 진행할 예정이다.
