충남 홍성군의회(의장 김덕배)는 25일 본회의장에서 13일간 진행된 제310회 임시회를 마무리했다.
이번 임시회에서는 2025년도 군정 운영 방향을 점검하고, 추가경정예산안을 심사하는 등 군정 전반에 대한 심도 있는 논의가 이루어졌다.
지난 13일 열린 제1차 본회의에서는 2024회계연도 예산·재무회계 결산검사위원으로 문병오 의원 등 5명이 선임됐다. 이후 각 상임위원회별 심사를 거쳐 총 18건의 조례안 및 일반안건을 처리했으며, 이 중 17건은 원안 가결, 1건은 수정 가결됐다.
특히, 2025년도 제1회 추가경정예산안 심의를 위해 예산결산특별위원회를 구성하고, 위원장에 이선균 의원, 간사에 문병오 의원을 선임했다. 홍성군이 제출한 2025년도 제1회 추가경정예산안은 당초 8465억 원에서 1.96% 증가한 8613억 원으로, 최종적으로 원안 가결됐다.
예산결산특별위원회 위원장을 맡은 이선균 의원은 “동료 의원들과 함께 면밀한 심사를 거쳐 예산안을 확정한 만큼, 집행부에서도 지역경제 활성화를 위한 예산 집행에 최선을 다해주길 바란다”고 강조했다.
14일부터 20일까지 진행된 본회의에서는 2025년도 군정업무 실천계획 보고가 이루어졌다. 의원들은 주요 군정 현안사업에 대한 점검과 대안을 제시하며, 다양한 분야에서 심도 깊은 질의를 이어갔다.
