세종시가 오는 3월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 두 달간 2026년 본예산에 반영될 시민참여예산 제안사업을 공모한다.
이번 공모는 시민이 예산편성 과정에 참여하여 재정의 투명성과 공정성을 높이고, 시민의 시정참여 기회를 제공하기 위한 제도로 공모 대상은 안전사고 예방을 위한 재난·안전 분야 사업 ,관광 활성화 사업 ,일상 속 불편 해소를 위한 교통·환경 분야 사업 등 시민 편익을 증진시킬 수 있는 시정 모든 분야의 사업 제안이 가능하다.
단, 제안된 사업은 세종시 전역 또는 최소 2개 이상의 읍면동에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐야 한다.
세종시민이라면 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 읍면동 행정복지센터 및 세종시청 5층 예산담당관실로 우편 및 오프라인 방문접수도 가능하다.
접수된 시민제안사업은 시민참여예산위원회의 심사와 시민투표 등을 거쳐 최종 선정되며, 2026년 본예산안에 반영될 예정이다.
