브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회가 2024년 ‘대·중소기업 안전보건 상생협력사업’ 우수기업으로 선정됐다.
‘대·중소기업 안전보건 상생협력사업’은 대기업과 중소기업이 자율적으로 연대해 안전보건관리체계를 구축하고 산업재해 예방을 위한 상생협력 모델을 확산하는 것을 목표로 한다. 최종적으로는 중소기업의 안전보건 수준을 향상시키고 지속가능한 경영환경을 조성하는데 기여하는 사업이다.
지난해 한국마사회는 해당 사업에 참여하여 8개 협력업체를 대상으로 컨설팅 및 세미나 개최, 상생협의체 운영, 멘토링 제도 시행, 안전문화 합동 캠페인 개최 등 다양한 활동을 전개했다. 그 결과, 협력업체가 자율안전관리체계를 구축하고 안전한 근로 환경을 조성하는 것을 지원한 성과를 인정받아 2024년 대중소기업 안전보건 상생협력사업 우수기업으로 선정됐다.
지난 26일에는 고용노동부 주관으로 우수기업 시상식 및 2025년 업무협약식이 개최됐다. 대기업과 중소기업 간 안전보건 협력 강화를 목적으로 시행된 이번 행사에서는, 전년도 안전보건 상생협력 분야에서 뛰어난 성과를 이룬 기업들을 시상하는 동시에 올해 사업에 대한 계획을 발표하는 자리를 가졌다.
시상식에서 한국마사회 추완호 경영관리본부장은 “대기업과 중소기업이 손잡고 서로의 경험과 노하우를 공유하며 안전한 작업 환경을 만들어간다는 점에서 의미 있는 사업이다”며 “이번 상을 받게 되어 매우 영광이다. 앞으로도 마사회는 중소기업과의 상생을 강화하고, 더욱 안전하고 건강한 근로 환경을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 한국마사회는 2025년 대‧중소기업 안전보건 상생협력 사업에도 참여해 중소기업과의 협력을 강화해 나갈 예정이다.
