특히 보건소 소속 간호사, 영양사, 운동 전문가 등이 참여해 6개월(24주) 동안 체계적인 건강 관리 서비스를 지원한다.
참여자는 혈압, 공복혈당, 복부둘레, 중성지방, 콜레스테롤 등 건강위험요인에 따라 우선 선발된다. 선정된 대상자에게는 스마트폰 연동 활동량계(워치) 또는 혈압계가 지급되며(수료 시 증정), 무료 건강검진(2회)과 우수 참여자 인센티브 등의 혜택도 제공된다.
