[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 삼방지구 스마트도시재생 조성사업을 완료해 서비스를 본격 개시한다고 4일 밝혔다.
인제로 214 노후 건물을 매입 후 리모델링해 주민과 학생들을 위한 스마트 돋움랩을 조성했으며 스마트도시재생 플랫폼 기반으로 자동심장충격기, 독거노인 헬스케어, 안심귀가 서비스 등 빅데이터 기반 시민체감형 서비스를 구축했다.
창의적인 도전정신으로 ‘위로 끌어올려 높아지게 하다(돋움)’의 뜻을 담은 스마트 돋움랩 건물은 스마트 공부방(지상 1, 2층), 스마트 스튜디오(지하 1층), 옥상정원으로 구성됐으며 이날 오후 1시부터 운영을 시작했다.
도시재생사업의 취지에 맞게 지역민 누구나가 이용할 수 있고 다양한 교육 콘텐츠와 스마트기기를 활용한 학습 공간 제공, 시민들을 위한 영상 콘텐츠 제작도 지원한다.
스마트 공부방은 평일 오전 9시~오후 9시, 주말 오전 9시~오후 6시, 스마트 스튜디오는 평일 오후 1~7시 운영하며 스마트 도시재생 포털에서 이용 가능한 시간대를 확인 후 예약 발급된 QR로 이용할 수 있다.
이와 함께 스마트도시 서비스의 안정적 운영과 빅데이터 수집 인프라 확충을 위해 유·무선 자가 정보통신망 구축과 공공와이파이(14개소) 서비스를 제공하고 수집된 데이터는 유동인구 분석을 통해 정책 수립 등에 활용한다.
또 시민체감형 주요 서비스로 IoT기반 자동심장충격기(15개소)를 설치해 응급 상황에 대비하고 독거 어르신의 집에 설치된 움직임·문열림·전류 감지센서를 통해 생활반응을 모니터링해 취약계층 고독사 예방 등에 활용된다.
이외에도 안심벨(19개소), CCTV(9개소) 설치, 야간 보행환경 개선을 위한 스마트그림자(4개소)와 ‘김해 안심애(愛)’ 앱을 구축해 여성, 어린이 등 사회적 약자에 대한 안심귀가 서비스를 지원한다.
시 관계자는 “삼방지구 스마트도시재생 사업으로 취약계층 건강관리와 주민들의 생활안전서비스 지원 등 다양한 스마트서비스를 제공하게 되었으며 지속가능한 스마트도시 구현을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
