중도시우호협회는 3월4일 보도자료에서 “권기식 한중도시우호협회장은 4일 오전 서울시 영등포구 국회대로 소재 한중도시우호협회 한중경제협력센터에서 이상익 전남 함평군수와 만나 한중 지방정부 교류 등에 대해 의견을 교환했다”고 전했다.
