전북특별자치도 지역방위의 핵심인 '2025년 동원ㆍ예비군훈련'이 4일부터 12월까지 실시된다.
육군 35보병사단은 '즉각 임무 수행이 가능한 최정예 예비군 육성'을 목표로 지난해 훈련 결과를 토대로 ▲ 과학화 훈련장 개장 ▲ 훈련장 안전 보강 ▲ 예비군훈련 세미나 ▲ 교관 소집 교육 등 훈련 준비를 마쳤다고 밝혔다.
특히 국방부 예비군훈련 체계 개선 시범 운용 부대로 선정돼 작계 지역 이동 거리 등을 고려해 전ㆍ후반기 각 6시간씩 연간 12시간이었던 시간을 4시간ㆍ8시간으로 각각 조정해 숙달 여건을 보장했다.
또, 동원 즉응태세 강화를 위해 지역 내 5~6년 차 예비군을 대상으로 하는 불시 지역예비군 소집훈련도 시행된다.
