기상청에서 발표한 ‘2025년 여름 기후전망’에 따르면 올해 여름도 평년보다 더운 날씨가 찾아올 가능성이 크다. 이에 여름이 오기 전 미리 에어컨을 점검해 둘 필요가 있다.
‘에어컨 사전점검’은 고객이 에어컨을 자가 점검한 후 이상을 발견해 서비스를 신청하면 전문 엔지니어가 방문해 체계적으로 제품을 점검해 주는 서비스다.
에어컨 사전점검 서비스 신청 전 자가 점검이 필요한 항목은 △전원 연결 확인 △실내기 먼지필터 세척 △실외기 주변 정리 △에어컨 시험 가동 등이다.
삼성전자서비스 홈페이지에 게시된 동영상 콘텐츠를 따라 하면 쉽고 편리하게 에어컨 자가 점검을 진행할 수 있다.
특히, 올해는 고객이 에어컨의 상태를 보다 쉽고 편리하게 확인할 수 있도록 원격 점검을 대폭 실시할 예정이다.

에어컨 사전점검 서비스 신청은 삼성전자서비스 홈페이지 및 컨택센터를 통해 가능하며 수리비 할인 혜택이 제공된다. 단, 시스템에어컨은 가정용만 사전점검 혜택이 제공된다.
