유진기업이 사업장 내 안전 강화를 위해 ‘2025년 사업장 관리감독자 교육’을 실시했다. 이번 교육은 관리감독자의 안전보건 역량을 강화하고 재해 예방을 목표로 마련되었다.
교육은 유진기업의 공정팀장 및 본사팀장이 참석한 가운데 대한산업보건협회 서울지역본부의 주관으로 진행되었으며, 위험성 평가, 근골격계 질환 예방, 응급처치 실습 등 실효성 높은 프로그램이 포함되었다. 특히, 위험성 평가 실무 교육을 통해 현장에서 즉시 적용 가능한 안전관리 방안을 제시했다.
유진기업은 중대재해 예방과 안전보건 문화 확산을 위해 ‘안전보건 방침’을 발표하고, 근로자의 안전을 최우선으로 하는 경영 방침을 지속적으로 실천하고 있다.
안전개선팀 관계자는 “관리감독자의 역할이 중요하므로 지속적인 교육을 통해 안전보건 역량을 강화하고, 근로자들이 안전한 환경에서 근무할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
Yujin enhances workplace safety with supervisor training
Yujin Enterprises conducted the '2025 Workplace Management Supervisor Training' to strengthen safety in the workplace. The training was designed to strengthen the safety and health capabilities of supervisors and prevent disasters.
The training was hosted by the Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Occupational Health Association with the participation of process team leaders and headquarters team leaders of Yujin Enterprises, and included effective programs such as risk assessment, musculoskeletal disease prevention, and first aid practice. In particular, the practical training on risk assessment provided safety management measures that can be applied immediately in the field.
To prevent major accidents and spread a culture of safety and health, Yujin Enterprise has issued a 'Safety and Health Policy' and continues to practice management policies that prioritize the safety of workers. An official from the safety improvement team said, “The role of supervisors is important, so we will strengthen their safety and health capabilities through continuous training and do our best to ensure that workers can work in a safe environment.”
