브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 박지원 더불어민주당 의원은 11일 헌법재판소가 윤석열 대통령에 대한 탄핵심판 선고를 예고하지 않고 전격적으로 할 수도 있다고 말했다.
박지원 의원은 이날 MBC 라디오 '김종배의 시선집중'에서 "질서 유지와 혼란을 방지하기 위해서 (선고) 한두 시간 전에 얘기할 수 있다"고 밝혔다.
이어 "저는 이번 주 금요일인 14일에 헌재가 선고하리라고 생각하고, 또 선고해야만 한다"면서 "헌재는 헌법을 수호하는 곳인데, 선고가 늦어지면 이 혼란이 어디로 가겠나. 14일 금요일까지 선고하지 않으면 이번 주말 대한민국은 찬반으로 완전히 뒤집어지는데 이러한 혼란을 막을 수 있는 기관은 오직 헌재밖에 없다"고 했다.
특히 "(14일까지 안가고) 하루라도 빨리 하는 게 좋다"라고 빠른 선고를 예상했다.
한편 박 의원은 윤 대통령 수사와 관련, 수사 과정의 적법성 문제로 공소 기각 가능성을 점쳤다.
그는 "지금이라도 특검을 구성해 원칙적으로 다시 한번 살펴봐야 공소 유지가 된다고 생각한다"라며 "누가 윤석열이 석방될거라 알았나. 검찰에서도 구속 취소를 '예' 하고 승복할 줄 알았나"라고 반문했다.
