세종시교육청이 3월 12일 초등돌봄전담사들을 대상으로 ‘늘봄학교 초등돌봄전담사 역량강화 연수’를 비대면으로 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 연수는 우리 아이들이 안전하게 다닐 수 있는 늘봄학교를 조성하고, 학부모들이 안심하고 아이들을 맡길 수 있도록 돌봄전담사의 역량을 강화하는 데 중점을 두었다.
연수에서는 강화된 늘봄학교 운영 안전 지침과 아동 보호, 귀가 지원 방법 등을 중점적으로 다루어, 돌봄전담사들이 보다 전문적이고 안전한 돌봄 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 지원하였다.
이를 통해 세종시교육청은 아이들의 안전과 보호를 최우선으로 하는 환경을 조성하고, 학부모들의 신뢰를 더욱 높여 나갈 계획이다.
세종시교육청 관계자는 “이번 연수를 통해 돌봄전담사들의 전문성을 높이고, 안전한 돌봄 환경을 조성하는 데 기여할 것”이라며, “앞으로도 지속적인 교육과 지원을 통해 아이들이 행복하게 성장할 수 있는 공간을 만들어 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
