이번 홈페이지 컨텐츠 강화는 에어서울이 취항중인 국내 3개 공항(인천공항∙김포공항∙제주공항) 출국장과, 주차장의 혼잡도를 에어서울 홈페이지와 모바일을 통해 실시간으로 확인할 수 있게 한 것이 핵심이다.
이를 통해 에어서울 이용객은 모바일 체크인이나 부가서비스 구매 등 탑승 프로세스를 진행하면서 탑승까지의 대략적 소요시간을 예상할 수 있고, 3개 공항별 주차구역 위치와 주차 가능 대수 등 세부적인 현황도 쉽게 확인 가능해 편리한 여행을 시작할 수 있다.
