최상목 대통령 권한대행 경제부총리 겸 기획재정부 장관이 19일 "부동산 관련 규제·금융 등 모든 가용수단을 총동원해 집값 상승 요인을 차단하겠다"고 밝혔다.
최 권한대행은 이날 오전 정부세종청사에서 열린 '국정현안·경제·산업경쟁력 강화 관계장관회의' 모두 발언에서 "최근 서울 일부 지역 중심으로 주택가격 상승세가 확대되는 모습"이라며 이같이 말했다.
그러면서 "부동산 시장 상황을 엄중 인식하고 주택가격 불안이 확산되지 않도록 관계부처·지방자치단체가 공조해 단호히 대응할 것"이라며 "시장 상황을 철저히 모니터링하고 시장 불안이 지속될 경우 추가 특단 조치도 강구하겠다"고 밝혔다.
또 "지난 12일부터 미 신정부 철강·알루미늄 관세부과가 시작됐고 4월 2일 상호관세도 예고돼 있다"며 "그러나 구체적 정책 내용과 주요국 대응 동향을 둘러싼 불확실성이 매우 커 우리 기업에 미치는 영향을 예단키 어려운 상황"이라고 전했다.
