브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국토교통부가 하자심사분쟁조정위원회에 신청된 공동주택 하자 처리 현황과, 2025년 상반기(4차) 하자판정 결과 상위 건설사 현황을 24일 공개했다.
이번에 공개한 자료에 따르면, 2024년 하심위는 4663건의 하자 분쟁사건을 처리(하자 심사, 분쟁 조정, 재정 포함)했으며, 2020년부터 연간 4500여 건의 사건을 처리했다.
실제 하자에 해당하는지 여부를 판단하고 있는 ‘하자심사’는 2020년부터 2025년 2월까지 약 5년간 총 1만989건이 신청됐으며, 이중 최종 하자로 판정받은 비율(하자판정 비율)은 67%(7411건)로 나타났다.
2024년 하자심사 건수는 총 1774건으로, 이 중 1399건이 하자로 판정돼 하자판정 비율은 78.9%로 집계됐다. 하자판정 비율은 2020년부터 매년 꾸준히 증가 추세인 것으로 분석됐다.
